Our Story
From the patrol car to the classroom.
LEADD grew out of a simple realization shared by officers across the country: by the time we arrive at a crash, an overdose, or a tragedy, it is already too late. The work that saves lives happens before — in conversations, classrooms, and communities.
Inspired by long-standing partners like MADD, SADD, Impact Teen Drivers, the National Safety Council, and the AAA Foundation, LEADD brings law enforcement directly alongside the schools, churches, and families already shaping the next generation.
Together we deliver evidence-based prevention programs that meet teens where they are — honestly, respectfully, and with the trust that only a uniformed mentor can build.
